Hampton Inn Ruston

Staff friendly. Rooms quiet - very little noise audible from I 20.

Inconsiderate guests slamming room doors and talking loudly in hall.

The pillows on the beds were so comfy. The staff -->literally<-- ran to accommodate us. The bathroom had a large vanity which was perfect for my daughter & me. The towels were abundant and the shampoo, etc didn't stink. Room was quiet despite a full hotel and proximity to the highway. The darkout curtain actually kept the room dark :) It's got a few fast food places and a convenience store within walking distance plus a mini fridge and microwave. I would stay there again!

Getting to the hotel was a little confusing as it's off a one-way road.

Comfy bed and nice linens. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Having a fridge and microwave in room was convenient and work-out room was well equipped.

The carpet in our room needed to be cleaned and there was a (bleach stain?) on the carpet.

I would have given an excellent rating in cleanliness except the fact that we never received maid service the 2 days we were there. We had trash from breakfast and other items that had out garbage overflowing and they never came to make up the beds or give clean towels.

The rooms were modern and well-equipped with all amenities working properly and the desk next to the AC, for instance. The hotel's location was optimal, just next door to Ruston, LA, restaurants, Wal-Mart, and convenient stores.

Nothing everything was great.

The breakfast spread had some fresh pastries that hit the spot, and I fell in love with Tacos The Guero just down the road-perfect for a post-exploration bite! Plus, the hotel's prime location made hopping on and off the highway easy.

The check-in crew seemed like they were clocking in for their first job, and waiting over an hour for our room was a real buzzkill. The furniture in the lobby had seen better days, and the musty smell in the air was hard to ignore.

The Hampton Inn provided a comfortable stay with a clean environment. The breakfast selection was excellent, with hot options like scrambled eggs and fresh fruit. The staff exhibited professionalism and friendliness, ensuring all my needs were met seamlessly.

This hotel fits me perfectly with its friendly staff, fitness center, outdoor pool, and free Wi-Fi. I still remember how they helped me find my lost ID card on my first stay. I highly recommend this place!

Unfortunately, the hotel felt quite outdated, with aging furniture that showed signs of heavy use and a musty smell lingering in hallways and rooms. We experienced a confused check-in process, which involved waiting well beyond the stated time for our room. We noticed a lack of comfort due to the stained seating in our space, which detracted from the overall relaxation we hoped for .

The location was super convenient for getting on and off the interstate, and the lobby vibe was pretty chill. I had a great night with comfy beds, and I loved the 24/7 complimentary hot coffee available.

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff, with a nicely equipped fitness center and a refreshing outdoor pool, made for a nice break .

Only good thing.

Had a wonderful stay with my family, enjoying the comfy queen beds and super clean room. The kids loved the outdoor swimming pool and the BBQ facilities made our evenings special. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn't ruin our experience 🌟
